Class 3 Grafham Water Trip

Class 3 Grafham Water Trip

The children were very excited this morning as they trundled their cases onto the coach. I am sure that they will have a very stimulating and hopefully a fun and challenging time.

We will be emailing pictures to their parents during this week and will add some to the website. Mr Fisher

DAY ONE

After their afternoon yesterday, climbing the High ropes and Archery, they did some Orienteering and then after a hot chocolate it was bedtime!

Please read the lovely letter which Mrs Siddle in the office received from Sophie.

Dear Mrs Siddle this is Sophie Moore and I am sending you some information about what we have done so far at Grafham water.

Yesterday we were very brave on the high ropes. Lots of people were very brave and went very high and surprised all of us with what they could do! For lunch we had wraps, salad, chicken, sweetcorn soup, and banana bread. YUM! For dinner we had sausages or steak pie with mash and vegetables. There was fruit salad, marble cake or apple crumble and custard for dessert. We also did archery which was very good fun.

Today for breakfast we had scrambled eggs on toast, just toast and cereal. After breakfast we did cycling and we cycled 9 and a half miles round the reservoir and it was very hard. For lunch we had jacket potato, beans and you could have the potato with or without cheese. Then we went on power boats and we all got to drive them. After the boats we did problem solving which was very good fun but quite challenging. For tea we had a chicken or rib burger with potato wedges and peas and sweetcorn for pudding we had mousse and cheese cake for pudding which was very nice.

Wish you were here hope you are having a good time back at school

From,

Sophie Moore
